about Excessive Extra Charges at British Telecommunications Group plc
..And why the hell should I have to pay extra just because i don't want to pay by direct debit - especially when i have never been late with a payment. I would understand if i had a bad credit rating or kept missing bills but how can they possibly justify it when i have been an exemplary customer!! over 2 years ago via web

Do this council ever think about how their cycle lanes will actually be USED by cyclists. Most of the time (whilst on my bike) I think that the council is just trying to meet some quote sent down from above. The cycle lanes along and around the Western Bypass are most definitely the worst around, especially the section along Hempsted Road. It's blatantly obvious that the man in charge has never set foot on a bicycle at rush hour in this area! I have seen quite a few accidents between cyclists and cars here, and reported my concerns to the council. They keep assuring me that they have plans to improve the situation blar blar blar... but does someone actually have to killed before we see these plans realised! over 2 years ago via web

Then other customers paying by direct debit would end up effectively subsidising you as non direct debit payments cost more to handle over 2 years ago via web
