Bank of Scotland's telephone banking system has to be one of the worst (read 'most annoying') out there! Why can't I just get through to someone??? Round and round in circles I go!! I just tried calling them to order a new card for an account and it took me 20 mins and 4 phone calls to actually get in the right queue just to speak to a real live human being!!!!! When I got through that wait, the girl at the other end was very helpful but it should not take so god damn long to get through to talk to someone in the first place!!!! From 1st Dec 2009 BOS are planning on charging £1 per day to use an overdraft as opposed to their current percentage rate!!!
