Santander branches will leave counters closed even with the largest of queues. Inane banter between staff whilst serving customers as well as dodgy cold-selling of products at the counter both add to the poor customer service over 2 years ago via web
The Santander in Richmond isn't as bad as that except at lunchtime when it's a nightmare. Why can't they get a couple of temporary staff for a couple of hours at lunchtime? over 2 years ago via web

Why did all UK mobile operators switch from 12 month to 18 month phone contracts at exactly the same time a couple of years ago. Clearly anti-competitive. over 2 years ago via web
