Just tried to get a replacement for my faulty phone. I'm paying £5 a month for this service. Turns out Orange can't replace the phone as it's out of stock, and in fact they only have one single model, the (officially crap) Toshiba TG01, that they offer as a replacement. No choosing a different phone from their site, no sir! And they call that customer service? over 1 year ago via web
