O2... please admit that you drop calls all the time with the iPhone. It's affecting so many people. I know I'm not the only one. Just want you to acknowledge the problem. You have too much network traffic. Orange and Vodafone are just as bad. over 1 year ago via web

It's so easy to be accused of being a whingebag but... calling O2 took 20 minutes last week to transfer a number to prepay. Then the SIM card arrives. It's for the wrong number and the wrong payment plan. Call again. Get cut off. Call again. Get told I need to talk to the Consumer department to then transfer to Prepay. That's fine but it took so much time and wasn't my mistake in the first place. over 1 year ago via web

I keep meeting people who are infuriated by O2's dropped calls. O2 don't seem to acknowledge it and they don't tell us if they're doing anything about it. They should. almost 2 years ago via web

Staggered at how frustrating they have managed to make their customer services. None of the options I want. Also - how do they manage to find a girl with SUCH an annoying voice! almost 2 years ago via web

And when I do eventually talk to a human being I want to talk to one that knows what they are talking about, not get passed from dept to dept still not getting my issues resolved. I have nothing against foreign people what so ever but I find it very hard to communicate when the person has a very strong accent and I can barely understand what they are saying, please speak clearly and a little slower. about 2 years ago via web

O2 have taken my money twice, when I asked for it back they told me to speak to my bank, the bank say I have to speak to 02 but I find their accents so hard to understand I am calling their rip off premium rate numbers trying to get the issue resolved which is cosing me valuable time and money. about 2 years ago via web

Couldn't agree more. Operators will continue to charge as much as possible until they are regulated not to.

Think they are terrified about proliferation of free wifi though. about 2 years ago via web

There has to be some government legislation on this soon as there was with int call charges.

Data is almost more important when you're abroad with a smart phone - maps, city guides, translations etc... And currently it is so expensive.

First service provider to break from the heard and make low-cost/free international data roaming (even if it's just Europe to start) will get a lot of customers! about 2 years ago via web
