Barclays has got to be the worse, I am a finance manager and deal with many banks. The ques are not too bad, there is usually around 2-3 staff about 3 people waiting, dont know if its just me but its always the people in front of me seem to want to give their life story, whilst asking so many questions about their account taking up lots of valuable time.
