For three years almost there have been regular engineering works every sunday on national express route from Ipswich to liverpool street. I really can't understand what is taking them so long... about 2 years ago via web

I just don't understand why they spend so long putting up big walls around the building works, I'm not sure anyone want to join in over 2 years ago via web

Maybe the walls are there to hide the fact that they're not doing anything? over 2 years ago via web

It's just an unfortunate fact of life, unless we want to spend a colossal amount of public funds putting in extra tracks which will lie unused for most of the week over 2 years ago via web

Why is it that London Overground are still closing the Overground line at Richmond every Sunday. This has been closing every weekend/Sunday for over a year now. There are no notices to say when this will end or what they are improving. is it not possible to work at night to get this work finished finally over 2 years ago via web

Could Circle Line drivers possibly give just the merest HINT at when a train is going to 'morph' into a District Line or H&C one?? Please???!! It amazes me that almost every day so much passenger frustration and anger could be averted just by drivers & station gimps announcing that something had CHANGED to their 'service' and was going to affect their journey.. (i.e.) "Sorry everyone, but we've decided to nick your Circle Line service and turn in around back to bloody Barking... But you'll only find this out when the train has sat parked for 14 minutes in silence until one of us brain-dead cretins takes the 'initiative' to announce it over a mumbled, insouciant tannoy message..."

You won't be surprised to learn that sitting on a train waiting to find out what had happened was a key early inspiration to Simon, the founder! over 2 years ago via web

Does Jubilee line have to be closed every week-end? Nightmare to get around. Can't we have at least one week-end a month of normal travel? over 2 years ago via web

I'd love to know from London Underground why it's every single weekend as well. Soooo annoying. over 2 years ago via web

Not just the Jubilee - two weekends ago it was the Jubillee, the Victoria, the Hammersmith & City, the Circle, bits of the District Line, etc etc. Whilst these works cannot be conducted extensively during the working week, by closing the same lines every weekend, there's never a time when (unless you live on the central or northern line) you can get anywhere. over 2 years ago via web

Everyone should know that the Southampton tunnel is being worked on 5th December to - 20th January, which means BIG disruption over that period getting into or out of London on the Southampton Line.
