about Carphone Warehouse
I have an iPhone and it's recently broken. The guy in the Carphone Warehouse chose not to look at me for 5 minutes, tapped on his computer and took a call on his mobile from a friend saying "nah mate, I aint got none."
He then told me that to fix my iPhone through their insurance, which I pay monthly for, would take 28 days and that they didn't have a replacement phone so I would have to go without for that time.
I explained that I had to have my phone for work emails and calls so he told me to go to a store on the other side of London.
