I lived for a while with a houseful of student Doctors. In years of training, one session was devoted to 'patient interaction'. It was regarded as an easy one to bunk off. over 2 years ago via web

Tricky one. Most doctors I have experienced have been attentive and caring. This obviously changes significantly as pressure on them is increased unduely through such problems as understaffing and, perhaps the worst problem I have experienced, due to poor communication skills when english is not a first language. I do not carry any preference for my doctors' background, only that they know what they are doing and they can effectively communicate this to me, the patient. over 2 years ago via web
