Locked out of NCP, South Side shopping centre, Wandsworth,London. After exiting cinema to which car park is attached, we couldn't get to our car. 12 others from the same screening were in the same situation.

Despite best efforts of poor night watchman of neighboring car park, no one could be reached to help resolve. Had to wait for and hour in freezing temperatures then eventually get a cab home and return to collect the car the following day by bus, accompanied by a £14 overnight parking fee.

One day on the weekend to do banking, and that too is killed by late opening hours. It is already quite slow due to less staff, long queues, and their unwillingness to work on weekends.

I went to HSBC branch in my local area and had to stand from 8:45 to 10:00am in a long queue (though in front) with freezing winds blowing over my head. I thought they open at 9 just like weekdays and it was a complete bummer.

And when I went inside, they had only 2 people to deal with a big mass. I was 3rd person to be served and here comes an old couple full of free time in hands having an appointment, goes directly into the customer service room. One guy with old couple, and another lady holding the crowds. It was a scene!

The old couple took more time than expected (1.5 hours instead of 15 mins), which made people annoyed and angry. Some of them also abused the staff because of poor time management.

Yes, ours closes from 10 pm on Saturday until 10 am on Sunday - what a pain! over 2 years ago via web

Open 24hrs all week (when I don't need it to be), and then shuts 4pm on Sunday until 10am the next day (when I most need it to be open!) over 2 years ago via web
